Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns and Refunds
    We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of food and grocery deliveries, Catering Me has specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

    • Food Items: Returns or refunds for food items will only be accepted in cases of incorrect or damaged orders. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
    • Non-Food Items: If you receive damaged or defective grocery items, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2. Refund Process
    If a refund is applicable, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. If you paid through cash on delivery, we will offer a refund via bank transfer or another suitable method.

  3. Non-Refundable Items
    The following items are non-refundable:

    • Opened or used food items.
    • Items not purchased through Catering Me.
    • Orders that have been confirmed as correctly fulfilled.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations and refunds are not permitted, except in cases of error or product defects.
